One million PlayStation 4 sold in 24 hours

  A nice start to the video game console by Sony. In a tweet, Shuhei Yoshida, President of Worldwide Studios for Sony Computer Entertainment announced the figure on Sunday: one million PlayStation 4 were sold in 24 hours in North America, the United States and Canada so. The last Sony console was for sale in the United States on Friday for 399 dollars.

  The net sales on Sunday is not a surprise since the Japanese group Sony had already announced that it recorded more than one million reservations. But it marks a first step in the match between the months ahead to U.S. Sony Microsoft, the new console, Xbox One, will go on sale next Friday.

  The two groups hope to either make their bridgehead their strategy in the entertainment console connected to the internet, the PS4 and Xbox One network will play but also, among others, to navigate internet and buy online content on their respective platforms manufacturers.
